This very pretty dress was designed for a flower girl. The material is a shiny blue with a slight texture weave in the threads. The dresses feature rounded necklines and are sleeveless. The waist of the dress is trimmed with a white chiffon ruffle. In between the ruffles there is just a small amount of silver threads.
