The cape is made from shiny orange faux silk fabric and features a bright green ruffle around the neckline. An embroidered full moon surrounded by flying bats decorates the center of the cape, creating a fun Halloween scene. The cape has a playful zigzag shape, and in keeping with the festive costume style, the edges are intentionally left unfinished.
